Learn About Using Badging with Students
Teachers can introduce NASA content to their students by utilizing EPDC Digital Badging for Students. The process for doing so requires the teacher to complete a brief 1-hour badge titled Using Badging with Students. Upon completion of this badge, you will be contacted by Texas State EPDC about next steps.
After you have completed the corresponding Educator Badge, your badging community can be created. The teacher will need to provide a list of the student names and email addresses, the Badging community will be created, and students will receive an email invitation to join the group.
The teacher will be the reviewer of the student work submitted. When the teacher has determined that the student has successfully completed all steps in the badge, the student will earn the badge and can download the certificate of completion.
